I am so fortunate to have met Susan Groves who introduced me to The Pink Tie Gala in 2009. What struck me most about Susan was her passion, energy, and dedication to this event and to raising funds for breast cancer research, so selflessly. It did not take me long to quickly endorse this event and Susan's work on Richmondmom.com, and I was honored and thrilled to be the emcee for the very first Pink Tie Gala Bachelor Auction in fall of 2010. That event was an absolute smash success on the very first try--another tribute to Susan and her team's hard work. Giving back to the community is imperative to me and I am thankful to have met Susan and to know the Pink Tie Gala team, and can't wait to help out any way possible. ---Kate Hall, CEO, Richmondmom.com

The 2008 gala was an absolutely fantastic evening. The cancer survisors are an inspiration to all of us and having lost family members to this terrible disease made their stories even more inspriational. We look forward to next year and we appreciate everything that you and your team do in the name of this wonderful cause.
I want to say thank you for putting all the time and effort into making it happen. You did a great job, and I hope you succeeded in raising substantial funds to help fight breast cancer.
By the time the “Survivor Dance Team” as you call them, had finished their performances, my heart was touched knowing that each one of those women had gone through similar emotional, financial and physical struggles that I watched Maggi endure. I know that they all worked so very hard the last several months learning their ballroom dance for one night in order to shout out to Richmond, “LET’S GET RID OF BREAST CANCER!” The night was so wonderful, the food was delicious, the music was great, the wait-staff was courteous and helpful. I was very honored to be there. Suggestions? Don’t change a thing!
We had a wonderful time at the Gala; you did another great job!
Everyone had an awesome time! My friends were so impressed. They can't wait till next year.
