As a person what gives you your strength?

What gives me strength is my faith in God, my incredibly supportive husband, my fantastic children and my wonderful friends.  It is the loving relationships in my life that have built me up and helped me through the difficult times.

Briefly state in your own words something about yourself that you want people to know.
Breast cancer grounds you.  It reminds you each day is a gift and shows you what is important in life.  For me, it meant my husband, daughters and dear friends.  They were my rock.  This disease affects so many.  I was one of the lucky ones – one surgery and 7 weeks of radiation – and I am clear for now.  Many are not so fortunate.  For those women, we need to keep working…

One person CAN make a difference......be that person
